In this 1:1 12-week programme you will be raising your Soul’s vibration with frequencies in a one-hour deepening session. We will be using the Healy device, which is a bio-resonance tool to support your body's energetic field, promoting deep cellular healing.

We will also be using Pranayama breathing exercises to clear away physical and emotional obstacles in the body to breathe freely allowing the life energy to flow naturally. During the session affirmations will be introduced to enhance and accelerate the meditation.

At the end of each session you will be given tools for the week to use, for deepening your spiritual journey enabling you to connect to S.O.U.L. (Spiritual Oneness with Unconditional Love)
